If you can't accept delivery in the freight company's scheduling window, you will either have to (1) pay the storage fees to the shipping company if the warehouse will hold your order or (2) have the order returned in which case we will refund your payment except the shipping costs. You will be responsible for the shipping or storage fees. So, we advise having someone (friend, family, neighbor, etc) available to receive the order when the freight company schedules it.
